I offer a variety of in-person yoga classes at different venues & at different times across the week.

4 Class Passes are available at a reduced rate and can be used across St James Road Vinyasa Flow & October Books Vinyasa Flow but must be used within 6 weeks. This allows you to choose the classes that work for you each week! Excludes Strength & Mobility Yoga.

Mixed Level Vinyasa Flow Yoga
What: A small, friendly, welcoming evening yoga class in a peaceful setting, suitable for all, including beginners. You will build strength and mobility within your body, as well as connecting with your breath.
Vinyasa flow is a fluid style of yoga where we transition between poses, gently combining breath and movement. You will be given a variety of options and are encouraged to move in a way that feels right for your body.
Where: St James Road Methodist Church, St James Road, Shirley, Southampton, SO15 5HE
When: Wednesdays 19:45 – 20:45
Price: £10 a class Pay As You Go or £34 for a 4 week block (to be used within 6 weeks)

Accessible
Yoga:

Gentle & Accessible Yoga
What: All of the benefits of a mat-based class, but ideal for those with reduced mobility, certain long term health conditions or those who would just prefer a more accessible practice.
This yoga class is ideal for people who experience fatigue or breathlessness on exertion, as it allows you exercise while also pacing yourself and lowering energy use.
We flow through poses using a chair as a prop to make yoga more accessible. You don’t have to take the whole class from the chair – there are also options for taking poses in standing and from the mat.
The class is relaxed, friendly and your individual needs are met. Suitable for all ages, genders and abilities!
YOGA WITH A CHAIR
And don’t worry, the class still includes gentle breath work, meditation & relaxation.

Booking Information
- Please note, sorry no cancellations, but please let me know if you are unable to make class.
- Booking is essential, no drop ins.
- Class passes must be used within 45 days of booking.
- A medical questionnaire needs to be completed at the time of booking. This will just allow me to understand how I may best adapt my class to suit your needs. I believe in making yoga accessible for all so if you have any questions please do get in touch and let’s chat them through!
